Business Directory Listing Agreement
Rules for business listings, directory pages, and related services.
1. Directory Purpose
The Black Business Coalition business directory is designed to help promote businesses, increase visibility, connect customers with service providers, and support business growth. Listings may include business names, descriptions, contact information, logos, images, categories, services, locations, links, reviews, and promotional content.

Businesses are responsible for ensuring that all listing information is accurate, current, lawful, non-misleading, and does not infringe third-party rights.
Back to top3. Approval and Removal
The Black Business Coalition may review, edit for formatting, reject, suspend, remove, or update listings that violate policies, contain inaccurate information, create risk, receive complaints, or are inconsistent with directory standards.

Some directory opportunities may be connected to payment processing services, merchant services, promotional services, membership services, or other paid offerings. Additional terms may apply.
Back to top5. Reviews and Public Content
Directory listings may include reviews, ratings, or public feedback. The Black Business Coalition may moderate content but does not guarantee that all reviews are accurate, complete, or representative.

A directory listing does not constitute an endorsement, certification, warranty, or guarantee by the Black Business Coalition regarding a business, product, service, license, qualification, or result.

Directory setup fees, promotional fees, service fees, and related charges are due as disclosed. Fees may be non-refundable once work begins or a listing is created unless stated otherwise in writing.
