You may view and use website content for personal, informational, and legitimate business purposes related to your relationship with the Black Business Coalition. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit content without written permission unless permitted by law.

When you submit business listings, logos, images, testimonials, reviews, comments, or other content, you represent that you own or have permission to use that content. You grant the Black Business Coalition permission to display and promote the content in connection with the website, directory, programs, and marketing.

If you believe material on the website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@blackbusinesscoalition.org with your contact information, a description of the copyrighted work, the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.
