DMCA Copyright Policy
How to submit copyright infringement notices and counter-notices.
1. DMCA Notice
If you believe content on the website infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA notice to info@blackbusinesscoalition.org. Your notice should include identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake, consent to jurisdiction where required, and your signature.

The Black Business Coalition may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may restore content where legally appropriate after receiving a valid counter-notice.

We may terminate access or remove content from users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
