Event Participation Waiver
Terms for participation in Black Business Coalition events and activities.
1. Event Participation
By registering for or attending a Black Business Coalition event, workshop, training, networking session, promotional activity, community event, or related gathering, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary.

Events may involve ordinary risks including travel, interaction with other attendees, physical movement, photography, networking, business discussions, and use of third-party venues or platforms. You assume responsibility for your own participation and conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the Black Business Coalition, its representatives, partners, sponsors, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from your participation except where prohibited by law.

Unless you notify us otherwise in writing, you authorize the Black Business Coalition to photograph, record, and use event images or recordings for promotional, educational, archival, or marketing purposes.
Back to top5. Attendee Conduct
Attendees must behave professionally and respectfully. We may remove any participant who disrupts an event, violates policies, harasses others, or creates safety concerns.
Back to top6. No Guarantee
Participation in an event does not guarantee business results, income, partnerships, funding, customers, contracts, or opportunities.
