The rules that govern use of the Black Business Coalition website, programs, memberships, directory, and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Black Business Coalition website, membership programs, business directory, referral opportunities, events, resources, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced within them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or participate in any program.

2. Organization Role

The Black Business Coalition provides business development resources, education, promotional opportunities, directory services, networking, training, referral programs, and related support. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, the Black Business Coalition is not a party to agreements between third-party businesses, members, contractors, vendors, or customers.

3. Memberships and Accounts

Members and users must provide accurate information and keep account details current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

The Black Business Coalition may suspend or terminate access if information is inaccurate, payment fails, policies are violated, or continued access creates risk.

4. Business Opportunities

Business opportunities, referral programs, directory programs, solar programs, financial services opportunities, and related offers may have additional eligibility requirements, compensation rules, disclosures, training requirements, and separate agreements.

Participation does not guarantee income, clients, business growth, approvals, referrals, or results.

5. Payments and Fees

Membership fees, directory fees, program fees, service charges, and other payments are due as disclosed at checkout or in the applicable agreement. You authorize payment processors to process charges, recurring payments, and related billing activity where applicable.

6. User Content

You are responsible for content you submit, including business listings, reviews, comments, testimonials, images, logos, descriptions, event information, and communications. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You grant the Black Business Coalition a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, format, and promote submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate the website, directory, programs, and marketing activities.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the website or programs to commit fraud, misrepresent a business, infringe intellectual property, harass others, distribute malware, scrape data, spam users, manipulate reviews, bypass security, violate laws, or interfere with the operation of the website.

8. Third-Party Services

The website may link to third-party sites, payment processors, business partners, advertisers, directory platforms, social networks, and other services. The Black Business Coalition is not responsible for third-party content, policies, products, services, or actions.

Services and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Black Business Coalition does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific business results, income, customer acquisition, funding, approvals, or program outcomes.
